I traded from a 13 F-150 and for a base 2014 250 with the 6.2. I am happy with it so far. Not as much power as the Raptor I had with the 6.2 but to be expected. I too prefer the SD's over the 150's...this is my 3rd.

I traded our13 f150 eco xlt crew 4x4 in on a 6.2 f250 lariat 4x4 crew ...
f150 got 14-15 around town and 16-17 on the interstate 7.5-8 mpg pulling the toy hauler. the f250 gets 12-13 around town 14-15 on the interstate and 9-10 pulling the toy hauler.
I had to go to texas to get a lariat with a 6.2 as the dealers here in California just didnt have them. I got 27 for the f150 and paid 43.6 for the lariat. Had to pay the taxes and lic fees here in California OUCH!
