Programmer application ?
I got a curveball thrown my way and need some help with this one. My brother drives a 2001 F250 with the 5.4l. He likes to drive a little fast (he's a high school kid, explains why) and my parents are tired of it because he's already gotten a reckless driving ticket. So I got a call today asking if I could find a cheap programmer that can alter the speed limiter. I've been looking at used programmers and didn't know if something like the old Xcal2 would work for an F250? Any other opinions on used devices that would work are welcome too. Thanks
