Ive been looking at 250/350 for some time now, the dealer doesnt have what im looking for, so i went online to build one to get a price and from what im seeing i cant get a manual trans with the 6.2 or 6.7 diesel......are they phaseing out manuals?

Yep, manuals are gone now. Only 10% of all SDs were sold with manual trans and since dealers didn't stock them, people just bought autos instead.
