The Toyos are pretty darn quiet on the highway. I mis-identified the tires, they are Toyo Open Country A/T II.

Yes they are. That's what I have. I also had the Toyo Open Country M/Ts on my F-150. Those are not quiet on the highway. I've been in trucks with worse tires for highway driving than those, but they aren't nearly as quiet as the A/T II's. In fact, other than the color it looks like we have the same truck.

I checked oil level today and noticed how black the oil is already with only 1400 miles. Please excuse my ignorance since this is the first diesel I have owned, but why does the oil get contaminated so quickly? Thanks,

I got out my enclosed trailer today and towed it to a friend's shop to do some work on it. I only ran about 55-60 mph, but I noticed a huge improvement towing with the F-250 vs the F-150. Truck is so much more stable, and of course, with the power of the 6.7 I could hardly tell trailer was behind me.

Chit, that trailer is nothing to your truck.

Whitescrew77, that is a huge trailer! What does it weigh?

Great looking rigs! I'll always be partial to the 11-16 F250/350s.
