Default need some advice camper and lifts

Hey everyone
I have a 2009 ford F250 XLT crew cab long bed 4x4 5.4 l
I know lots of you will make comment's on the 5.4 I agree the 5.4 should of never been put in the SD trucks but I also didn't want the big expansive that go with the diesels been down that road. I also owe more than the truck is worth other wise id trade up to a 6.7l F350 but I'm working with what I got.
I have been considering work up north and buddies have told me ill save lots if I get a camper but I plan to lift my truck a small amount 2 or 3 inches.
I plan on spacers in the front but with the rear I'm not sure if id be best with blocks and air bags or add a leafs can some one point me in the direction.?
do I really need many up grades for a slide in camper ?
I only want more of the F 350 stance nothing to big also going to stay with 265 or 285 for tire size.
I have worked in the logging industry and now auto mechanic and have seen how expensive it is to fix diesels I also use mine as a daily driver so 10 min drive is hard on a diesel as there designed to be started and worked hard. oil changes are three times the price and if something goes wrong there thousand's to repair instead of hundreds so that's why I got a gas pod. all tho the v10 are awesome and the new 6.2 are nice kind of wised I waited.

I love Firestone air bags but they are not for lifting. They are to adjust the load to ride better. It's like having add-a-leafs that you can bring back to stock when you are done hauling.

I did the 2'' spacer and the rear air bags on my 08 and cleared 35'' tires with no problems.I never put a camper on the back but it did haul a 15,000lbs toy hauler.I had a 2000 f250 with about a 9''lift and hauled a 11 ft cab over camper with no problems, loved the camper but the wife didn't like how tall it was.
