well the stock 2004 6.0 i had was a 2005, cc longbed 4x4 auto. it averaged about 14 mpg. my 2002 4.6l f150 4x4 5speed with 33" nitto mud grapplers averages about 13mpg. but i have a cold air intake and dual exaust on the f150. the 6.0 was stock except for 33" nitto terra grappler tires.

well i own a 2005 f250, 4 door with the normal sized bed and i have it straightpiped. I get around 11-13 in the city (that includes the occasional kick-down), but on the highway i get around 14-19 using cruise control and just keeping it at a constant speed.

Hope this helps!
