Thinking of maybe doing some mods to my 15 diesel. With the def system would an e haunt be kinda worthless or would it help a little for better sound? Thinking maybe just leaving stock maybe a tuner. Any help would be great, don't care about mpg and also not looking to turn truck into a hot rod either, just some mild upgrades. Thanks!!

DPF back is useless, May slightly change the sound. Tuner only is still a warranty voiding offense. If you're going to run a tuner, might as well delete it too.

I have a Edge Evolution CTS tuner and an S&B intake and in performance level 2 it added about 160 hp with the intake and about 200ftlb torque. It didnt actually kill my gas mileage that bad I am down to 14.5 mpg and that driving like a retard racing everyone. I have wore my tires down to about 25% tread in the rear the front were pretty much brand new so I rotated them. The only thing I didnt like that took some time to re adjust was the DPF regen cycles. For first 1-2k miles were happening more often but once the transmission learned the new timing and such it got alot better and rarely regened.
A tuner does not void your warranty, there needs to be a direct link to the usage of the tuner to the part failure. So if your abs module goes it has nothing to do with the tuner and is covered. Say your engine blows because of the re-calibration from the tuner than yes you have an issue but the power levels for this tuner are not above the abilities of the drivetrain.
I am actually in the process of trading in my F350 for something else and I have left the tuner in at the dealer while they do their evaluation and didn't care or say anything. One dealer gave a slightly higher offer because they wanted to keep the tuner with the truck.
