Looks like a F350 truck to me. It's got tires, a hood, doors, mirrors. Looks like it's all there. You should buy it.
Trust me, I wouldn't be replying to this thread in the 97-03 F150 section if I didn't know everything there was to know about the 2007 F350 6.0L diesel trucks.

I know some year diesels had a ton of issues. I believe it was the 6.0 but not sure. That's something you may want to look into.

I'm sure someone will chime in with a helpful response. After all, many people who post in the 97-03 section have knowledge on other vehicles. Our knowledge isn't restricted to the 97-03 model year F-150's.

6.0L PSD are an awesome engine, but there are things you need to look for when purchasing one. I would recommend some kind of device similar to a Edge Insight that will allow you to monitor PID's while you drive it. You need to get the truck up to operating temperatures and then find the flattest section of road you can and set the cruise at 60mph and drive it for a some miles. Monitor Cooling Water temp vs. Oil temp. If the delta (differential) between the two rises more than 15*F you are definitely looking at an oil cooler. If the delta is around 10-12*F you aren't far from needing an oil cooler. A flush may prolong it, or instantly plug them. There are a couple different ways to deal with the oil cooler issue. I would strongly suggest doing some research over on powerstroke.org on the purchasing of these trucks. I love mine, but they have their issues than need to be addressed and you need to know what to look for. I use the same screen name over there. Price is all dependent upon what you are willing to pay and the condition of the truck along with how hard that truck is to come across in your area.

Cheers,

Brew

I would also go in to the service department and ask them to run an Oasis report on the VIN and print it for you. It will show any warranty/dealer provided work that has been performed on the truck. Don't let them play dumb. If they won't give you one just write the VIN down and contact another dealer and have them email it to you. Tousley Ford did this for me before they became Autonation, they still might.

Cheers,

Brew

Just to clarify, the 06-07 6.0s had less warranty claims each year than any year for the 7.3. They're great trucks, sure, do the usual checks like you'd do with getting any used vehicle, but don't be afraid cuz it has a 6.0.
