Default Good Deal on a F250?

Sorry i posted this in general also before i looked down but my buddy is looking at buying a 2000 F250 4x4 Screw XLT and it has a 8in lift with Billstein shocks, 38x13.5R20 or 38x15.5R20 toyo's i am not sure which it is, also has custom exhaust with cold air intake, 456 gears and a V10 6.8L and we want to know what kind of gas milage might he get? It also has billet grill, carbon fiber package, programer, custom dif covers, tool box, tow package, trailer brake, navi, leather seats, 90,000 miles. And is $15,500 a good deal?

Sounds like a fairly nice truck; however, there are quite a few questions that would have to be answered before I would consider it...who did the work, how old are the suspension components, who switched the gears and what type are they...etc. The gas mileage on that thing will be horrible. With that gear ratio, V10, and all the added weight...forget it...he'll be lucky to get 8-10 mpg's on the highway. An 11 year old truck for over $15K...wouldn't even think about it unless it had a 7.3l. JMO...good luck!
