Default Dont know whats wrong with it!

My dads got a 99 superduty and when goin down the road it makes a grindin noise often, seems like it goes away when you let off the gas.. we had issues with the hubs so we changed them still makes the noise. We felt the rotors after drivin it about a mile and they were really hot checked the calipers they were stickin changed them and its still makin the noise. Any ideas?

Tommorow ima jack up the back end and put it in drive and run it a while see if it still makes the noise without the front end movin. Hopefully that will narrow it down a bit
