banks makes an awesome cold air intake, everything else from them i would stay away from. there exhausts are way over priced, there tuning is pretty weak down low due to there obsession with no black smoke and everything else is just overpriced.

banks does make some good powerstroke stuff, is it the best? no, is it expensive? yes

for your truck an inexpensive amazing performing set up would be

sct live wire with custom tunning from innovative diesel
mbrp 5" turbo back exhaust system
and afe/k&n cai

not that expensive, will give you much better mileage and perform incredibly

You can find complete 4 in exhaust on ebay for like 300. The only difference between 4 and 5in is sound 5 is going to be louder and deeper. There are many twinned pickups running 4 in exhaust, exhaust diameter is mainly personal preference. Sct is excellent and youll want gauges. To save some money to begin something like an edge juice with attitude for gauge purposes and a decent fick in the pants, you can always stack the sct and edge sooner or later. As for intakes the best for diesel applications are the afe stage 2 with a dry reusable filter.
banks= $1900 for 62hp and 163tq
ebayexhaust afeintake edgebox=appox.$1500 for around 100hp and 230tq at the wheels guessing so dont quote me.

Have you stacked a good box and programmer on a diesel. on newer pick ups it can almost double your stock hp.
