Default 99 f250 superduty mirror conversion

I need help on how to convert my mirrors to the super duty mirrors. I have the f150 body style f250. And I saw this on a forum but got no reply. I need to know what I will need and what to do to install these. I'm on my phone so I guess I can't upload a pic but you can google image them and see what I'm talking about.
