Default 99 f-250 help opinions

i posted about a 96 f-350, turns out i just felt something was off so i didnt pursue it. i toned down my search from trying to find my 'dream truck' and now im in the market for a f-250. ive always liked the older models better, the newer ones are nice yeah but the older body styles attract me more. besides, i dont need all the fancy bells and whistles that come with the newer ones. in board touch screen everything is nice but lets face it, its just something else that is expensive to get fixed one day.

i need some advice on a truck i found. its a 99 f-250 2WD 2 door with the half doors with 100,037k miles. its going for 11,995. its got the 7.3 Lt. diesel, automatic. interior and exterior look clean, expected though if it just turned 100k miles. it seems good, any advice?

I'd pay 12k for that easy. Every 7.3 i've seen with that low miles is like 15k+. Good chance it'll last you a long time, ain't even broken in yet lol

Btw tho, you sure its a 99? I'm pretty sure the 99 SD was the only one to have the powerstroke emblem at the front of the truck, like where they normally put the emblem for the gasser SD's
