Hello everyone! Dad just got himself a 2002 F250 with the 7.3. 119k miles if it matters. I looked this up online and found that most of the leaking diesel fuel issues are caused by the new ULS Diesel fuel eating the seals on the fuel bowl. That leak, unfortunately is shown by the rear of the motor. His leak is from the passenger side front of the motor.

I found another guy with the same location issue, but the fuel bowl seals did NOT repair his leak. He never posted in the thread again, so I'm not sure if and how he fixed his leak.

YES, I have searched. NO, I have not found the solution for the leak in this location. I have found out it MIGHT be the PS Fuel rail plug. Any thoughts about this before we go spending time and money on this issue?

Check the fuel rail plug in the head, as well as the metal lines. The fuel lines can crack when they get older.
