Default 2014 power window saftey issue

hey there
I got a 2014 f350 with power windows I put on in-channel window vents and when I put my front windows up they go up but then do that stupid safety thing and go down again I wonder how I can remove this program or feature.
our F550 newer ones at work have the same thing but haven't had time to look to much at it.
I seem to have to go up a little stop and a little more other wise it goes up closes then reverse open.
any one else have this issue

I was told by a ford mechanic that if you pull up and hold up on the window switch right as the window gets to the spot where the safety down occurs, that it will bypass the safety feature. You may have to operate it several times before the window will work smoothly.

You can relearn the window stop position.
