I have a 08 F250 that came without them and I added them. Are you wondering how to tie into them or add them. If your looking to tie into them there are four blunt cut wires hanging up by the park brake pedal. The easiest way to get easy access would be to remove the panel below the steering wheel I think it just pops off.
If your looking to add the kit to a pickup without it PM and I can give you more info the Ford directions weren't very good.
To take the dash panel off you have to pop out two panels. The one is were the aux audio input is on the passenger side and the other is were the 12v plug in and on mine the adjustable pedal switch is on the driver side. Under each panel is a 7mm screw you have to remove then the whole panel just pries off. The the radio is just 4 more 7mm screws once you get the center panel off.
