okay i have a 2008 f 250 6.4- around 60 mph i get a bouncing shaking feeling coming from the back. Any suggestions on what to fix or look at?

All my u-joints are rusted so Im going to change those but anything else???
Could this be the reason why its happening?

My steering is loose I was told you can have it tightened?? so i dont need to buy anything new for steering?

First thing I would do would have the tires checked and balanced. My father in laws truck was doing something similar around 60 and it turned out to be the tires, even after he had them balanced they still did it. But he did not have them rotated like he shoud had so the wear patterns was causing the shaking. Could also be driveline, check for any dents or if any of the counter weights have fallen off.
