2008 f-250
Here are some pics of my current truck, a 2008 Ford F-250 with the 6.4L Power Stroke. It's not heavily modified, but it's definitely stronger than the average tuned 6.4L.

AFE intake
4" downpie into 5" exhaust
Elite studs
Elite ported fuel rails
Air Dog II
SunCoast built transmission
EGR cooler delete
No Limit intercooler pipe/intake elbow
Elite 71mm low pressure turbo (matched with stock high pressure)
I haven't had it on the dyno with the new turbo, but before the turbo it did 594/1220 and I have ran mid/low 12's with it in the 1/4 mile on fuel. It was setup a little differently when that was done. Lowered, Proxes, CalTracs, and weighed 7600 lbs with me in it. I think if it was setup like that now, with the new turbo, it would consistently run 12.2. The best before was 12.32 with a 1.66 60 foot, but I could consistently run 12.45-12.55.

I've thought about getting a 6.4L but the mixed reviews I've read have me a little leary. Have you had any major problems with yours?

I did have some issues early on, but once I got all of the emission equipment (DPF/EGR) off of the truck my issues went away. One plus is that the transmission is a beast with proper tuning.
Thanks!
I would say that I have roughly $11,000-12,000 in parts on my truck (not including labor). Not too bad for roughly 625 HP.
Unfortunately. It's a fun addiction though.
