Default 2002 E350 7.3 Turbo

Ok guys, Im stumped. I have replaced the ball joints, tie rods, radius arm bushings, and stabilizer arm bushings. After I had it aligned, and started driving it, the van is still swaying and pulls to the left and right. Its almost like a gust of wind is pushing it and the steering wheel pulls. This is on a 2002 E350 Super Duty Ambulance with a 7.3. The gear box is in good shape and the vacuum pump is brand new. Power steering pump is new also. No leaks of any kind except for the occasional oil leak.. Im at my wits end!

Check wheel/hub bearings. Also check to make sure the brake calipers are free and not stuck.

Pulled the wheels and hubs today and checked racers, bearings, and calipers. Everything looked good. I completely cleaned the bearings and racers and repacked them with Lucas High Temp Grease. Wheels are spinning freely and no wobble or bearing noise.

I did get up under the rear end today and noticed that the rear shocks were toast. Could this have any affect on the pulling issue?

Oh yeah and this is a high top converted van.
