Default 2001 ford f350 problems

Well I was driving my 2001 ford f350 today and while I was driving about 30 min. It started losing power but wen I let it sit for about 15 min. It started doing a lil better please help thank u in advance

Sounds like lack of fuel/deisel pressure

Clean out your fuel filters and drain the water out of the upper one. My dads 2001 did the exact same think because the fuel filters were dirty and there was water in the upper.
