Hi guys, - I'm pretty familiar with the 92 to 96 stuff, but I don't really know a lot about the Super Duty's. The guys I rent a shop from want me to part out one of their trucks for them. It's a 250 S/D 4x4 XLT crewcab. 5.4 w/ 3.73 gears - L/S in the back. Bit of rust and the torque convertor (or tranny) went out of it and they don't want to fix it.
I get all the basics, I'm just wondering if there are maybe certain things (hard to get or really expensive) that I shouldn't be letting go of too cheap. Any suggestions ? Appreciate any advice you can throw my way.

Hows the bed and tailgate? Those are usually in demand, especially the tailgate.

I am looking for the track bar bracket from a SD 4wd. Have you a price for it?

Bed and tailgate are kinda rusty - big part of why it's getting parted out.
As for the track bar bracket, I didn't even know it had one 'till you mentioned it. I'll make sure to look at it when I start tearing it down. Good info.
