Default 03' f350 dually with a V10?

Hey guys I'm thinking about buying a 2003 f350 dually 4x4 with a V10. Has 156,000 miles on it. Mainly buying to tow my 24' Baja. I know this truck is overkill for pulling a 4000lb boat, but I do plan on getting a bigger boat in time. Truck is a crew cab. Also comes with a plow that I'm sure I will benefit from. What do u guys think?

Does the V10 have any major issues I should be concerned with?

My 03 f350 has the v10 with 208xxx no problems. Ive gone over scales at 18k lbs no struggle but I have 4.30 gears so that might make a difference.

It pulls but you can't pass a gas station I get like 10.5-11 with 33s Mpg don't drop till you get over prolly 6500lbs hooked to the back.
