I'm sure you were joking, but just in case you weren't, that's not how it works.
You probably burned a couple hundred calories max, or less than a snickers bar. A pound of fat is 3500 calories. If you want to lose a pound of weight per week, you essentially need to come in 3500 calories under what your body used that week in total.
Weight loss is really all about what you're eating. Exercise is great though, obviously burns calories, makes you feel great and good for your heart/health
