I do Pandora - metallica radio driving to the gym & for the light stuff then switch to as I lay dying radio when im trying to break a personal record.

This video came across the FB feed... I'm thinking "Damn!! Who the Fluck is Rob Bailey? He just motivated the **** outta me and I must head to the gym right now and "DO WORK".... I thought he must be a HUGE guy...

Second video....The motivation and the energy was GONE..... lol ..The girl has a nice body though....
