With all this talk of gold..... I'm just about to head to the airport to fly north to a remote gold mine for a few days of repairs and inspections on their cranes, both underground and on the surface.
Before this job, I spent about 17 years in paper mills as an electrician who also picked up instrumentation, PLCs and programming of the SCADA and DCS systems. That was a fun and varied job.

Working underground has it's perks. For instance, you always know how to dress, and there are no bugs. The mine I'm at is hard rock, so there is only process gasses such as diesel smoke and very very rarely a small pocket of methane. There is a lot of water however.
I do mostly underground construction and shaft work, so there is a lot of climbing around like a monkey over open holes.

If that myth was destroyed a few Neo Conservatives might actually try to understand my Opinyawns, and that would be a terrible thing to do to their concretely set minds! It would be like trying to move an arm in a plaster cast all of your life! In kindness let's just leave them with their mythical beliefs about me & all the mythical Liberals that like crime and having all their money taken for taxes, as well as wanting to live under total Socialism with no freedoms! That makes sense to NeoCons somehow! Besides, I'm not sure many of them could go on without their Hollywood Disney versions of John Wayne's American History and their god Ronald Reagan! I just couldn't do that to them! LOL!

In any case, see you in a discussion about why our next war was necessary for our national security! Pick any Eastern country! We lost Vietnam and I've been looking for their boats every night even though we are building more an more restaurant chains there! I thin the "Domino Theory" must have referred to us building Dominos Pizza rather than Communism knocking over Free Countries! P.S. Vietnam is creating a national healthcare system we can't afford! But the warmongers are always right!

Just teasing all you fine Neo Conservatives! Hope you can take a joke since my emails are probably being recorded for my trial as an "Enemy Combatant!"

@opinyawn Huh?...LOL I can't believe I'm just now reading this. Ha ha ha...Okay
