Definitely. Huge money. Not sure what it's like across the border though

Some days I want to leave a stop and then shower in Purell.

Today is one of those days.

I need to look into it again because I already know some basics so I'd start out on a good foot.

My ex and I had a guy come in and wire the kitchen I redid and he made a grand plus our old stove and I already had wire and he had some supplies so most was straight profit and he was only there Saturday and Sunday
Plumbing is also something I thought of. I know a good amount about that too I just don't know all the codes for plumbing and electrical.

They make a lot of cash from stupid stuff. I didn't have time to go check on the kitchen lights of a property of ours, called an electrician. Charged $125 to basically go to Lowe's and buy a new bulb. Wrote on the invoice that he adjusted something with the ballast and switch or something. I know for a fact that it was all BS.

Lmfao yeah its easy to charge high for labor on that. If I could get certified in that or plumbing I'd be good since I know how to do everything else pretty much

It was bad, I mean I knew it was probably just a bulb but the family that lives there is so nice and it's actually my parents house they are renting out while they are in Canada. So we bit the bullet.... Oh well.

Yeah I hear ya I could've did the kitchen myself but didn't feel like ****ing with it so I just waste a grand and paid someone to do it. Oh well just add that to the money wasted on her house I won't get back

Yeah, just mark it as a loss and move on. The money's gone, but there's always more of it out there. Your sanity, though, is in limited supply....
