Pain in the ***, but it was NOT worth the $200-$300 in labour.
What made it so difficult? Must be very similar to installing Bilsteins and while annoying that wasn't too bad.

Agreed, never worth the labor cost...

Fixed the rattle on the exhaust heat shield today and while I was under there, I found out that I have one piece driveshaft. I was thinking it should be a two piece, but I don't remember when they made the switch.

Also bought a DeeZee Tail Gate Assist now just got to find the time to get that installed.

I was sweating me **** off after that. Love the super clean look though; never realized how dirty it really was.

Clay is easy. Wax is hard. I hate waxing. I could do a wash, clay and wax in under 2 hours on my jetta. Truck takes 5 hours!

Don't do it. Cheap ebay lights leak and crack. The halos burn out pretty quick. Plus the riced out look doesn't suit a truck.

I'd put silicone along the edges and smoke the lenses slightly. I do want to put '09+ headlights in it if I ever have the money or time.

My brother put a set of "euro" style headlights on his 97 F350. I think they look good. He might have still have an extra set. I can ask when he gets back from vacation if he would be willing to sell them.
