Well, they're an accessory to the crime. The real crime is shitty self-restraint.

My form of self restraint is not eating. It's 6:40 here, and the last and only time I, ate was around 9:30. And that was something real small. I feel that I might be losing weight soon.

you may loose weight temporarily, but it won't stay off with that kind off diet. Your body needs food

what happens when you don't feed yourself.....DEATH. Haha so in a sense your muscles are dying right along with you. I used to think the same way. Eat less=loose more.not true at all. I actually eat a hell of a lot more now then ever and don't gain fat. Bc I eat more but it's healthier things and less huge meals I spread them throughout my day. Eating something every 3 hrs.

Yep. When I started doing two a days, I was eating like a horse. Lost a lot of body fat and gained muscle... and I was still hungry all the time.
