Yeah, I didn't move it anywhere. Seems to center at the bottom of my ribcage front and to the left a little, and radiates from my left shoulder to above my left hip.
Weird that it goes to the hip, but where you're describing is where pancreatitis originates. I've had attacks, and it's exactly what you're describing. It sucks, and mine would last all night. Hard to breathe, because it makes it hurt.

I try to do that. But I always eat so much I can't figure the multiplication so that I have a least two more meals. Plus I never know what to cook. I made steak the other day, which was good but reheated steak becomes super well done and I like it rare.
a steamer will do wonders for reheating steak.

I have two budging disks in my back that cause me pain sometimes and when they do, I might as well be in hell. It hurts to do anything. I can't move without pain when they flair up. The only thing I can do it take some pain pills and hope and pray they work fast. I have thought about getting it fixed, but the doctors that I have talked to (4) say that they won't do back surgery on a person as young as me (27). They say the risk is too great that something my happen and I may not be able to walk.
