I literally had a Ford tech tell me my brakes were fine because he just replaced them and there's no codes.

But dumbass, it does not STOP.

Most ford techs are just code readers. If there's no code they won't fix it.

When/if we expand I'm going to be tempted to just hire a full time mechanic who knows more than these "techs". Pay him well and give him a nice shop and he'll pay for himself easily.

As for his dealer, he knew how his mods would affect his warranty. It's discussed over and over on this forum. I'm not saying the dealer is right or wrong but technically they're right as it's not stock. If it were completely stock and having issues and they wouldn't fix it, then the dealer would be in the wrong. Is that necessarily the beat way to handle it? I don't know but the best customer service can only exist if they still make money.
What kind of piece of **** truck do they build that slightly larger tires destroy every suspension and drivetrain part?

Dealer still has to prove the modifications caused the problem.

THIS.

If what they say is true, it'd be only a matter of time before the stock tires would disintegrate the steering anyway.

Time for a new dealership indeed.
