There was a bird stuck in my garage this afternoon. Spent 30 minutes trying to get him out..turns out he took a crap on the 911 while he was flying around frantically, Lol!

It's assigned to me. It's a taxable benefit, so we pay tax on personal use. We track mileage, and every month they multiply the kilometers of personal use by the tax rate. So let's say I earned $100 (I earn a little more, but just as an example...lol) and drove the truck 100 kms of personal use. Let's say the tax rate is $0.25 per km. 100 km x $0.25 = $25. They add this to my earnings of $100, then tax the $125. So in essence, they are only deducting a few dollars more in tax off my check. So even if I drive 1000 kms in a month, 1000 x $0.25 would be $250. I would pay income tax on the $250.

Super cheap. I can drive 1000 kms and it costs me (in reality) around $50. No insurance to pay, no fuel to buy, no repairs or maintenance.

Haha We've had that happen a lot. Best way to deal with it is either let it find its way back out or get 2 people with rakes to block it and direct it out

Same with us. Happens at least once a year. You can hear them crashing around in there. It's terrible, but we have to crank up the fire to get them out of there..

I put some chicken wire on my grandpa's chimney two weeks ago. They have a freaking metal roof so it was hot as hell and slippery as hell.

Jeepers. I'd have thought it'd be too nasty for them in a chimney.
