We all obviously love our trucks, but I'm sure many of us love our best friend. So let's show them off together!
I'll start it off. My pup's name is Shiner. His breed is a Texas Blue Lacy, the state dog of Texas. He turns 3 this summer, and is about 60 lbs. Rides in the back to keep my truck clean, and I put a crate back there for anything longer than a 5 mile drive.

Cute pup. I've never even heard of that breed before. Is it a hunting dog?
Thanks! Yeah they're bred to be general ranching dogs, as well as to hunt hogs. Some of them can be trained to retrieve, but Shiner doesn't really have the natural instinct like labs do. They're also excellent tracking dogs. When dove season comes around, I'll be using him to sniff out the dead birds that we can't find.
