Well....that is a nice sailboat. I prefer powerboating but hey, as long as you get out on the water and have fun, that's what it is all about, right?
I assume you keep her in a slip year round? Is that expensive?
Unfortunately no, the boat is in the water from April to early October. The marina freezes in the winter. I just hauled out yesterday and put the boat in my storage facility today. Sad day...
BTW, I've converted many powerboaters to sailors...I won't hold it against you!!

In terms of expenses, it's not bad. About $2k for the season. I chalk it up as a vacation expense. The social scene is awesome. I'll spend a weekend at the marina - arrive Friday and get home Sunday. Here's a pic of my new racing sail I got this year:
