I'd cut and replace that big spot, and fill the rest on both sides with fiberglass filler and coat it on both sides As good as you can

I can't coat or get to the inside because its where the bed stamp seam wraps around. I'm also not very confident about fixing the big hole since it is on the corner

If you cut it close to the rust and bend a piece to fit in there it shouldn't be that bad.

I think I might have coolant seepage I hadn't driven the truck in a few days and when I fired it up there was little puffs of smoke for a couple minutes but then went away
