97-98 you use clear bulbs 99-2003 you have to scrape the green backing on it. 97-98 has a blue backing. If I remember right.

I dont really understand why youre doing this.. using LEDs is going to give you hotspots meaning part of your cluster will be brighter than another part. The lights will not be evenly spread like a regular halogen bulb does. Seems kind of silly to go through the trouble of replacing them when you'll end up with the same color and more hotspots...

I don't need to do my gauge cluster but most of my A/C lights have gone out. Figured I would just replace them with LEDs. Didn't know it would have such bad hotspots..

You could run a wire from the positive side of the battery to your switch to the light make sure you have a fuse at least and then obviously you'll have to run a ground from the light

$450 for gears in the front,$450 for the rear plus fluid and I need install kits. $350 for the trans.
