Default off the wall question. 2012 Escape

My girlfriend has a 2012 Escape with the factory Sony touch screen stereo. The volume controls stopped working on the steering wheel and on the stereo itself. Does anybody have any insight on how to fix this. Thanks.

sir we have 10+ year old trucks 90% of us don't know this stuff. Try the 09-14 section they might know or as he said warranty time.

Covered by warranty, let the dealer fix it.
