Liked the story. But it's a standard length film condensed from a long book. It moved slow and was shoddily edited so the scene transitions were abrupt and unnatural. The producer tried to sneak a love interest into the plot that didn't need to be there

My son's all star team started a tournament tonight. The opposing team's scorekeeper was sitting directly in front of a "No smoking" sign and surrounded by a team of 7-8 year olds, just puffing away. One of our parents tapped her on the shoulder and told her to put it out, and she felt compelled to jump up screaming, "Call 911! He just assaulted me!"
So the cops actually showed up halfway through the game and proceeded to take a statement and question this parent, all while the white trash lady and her equally trashy husband/coach continue to curse and yell in front of all the kids.
The best part? The white trash lady is my truly awesome (non-white trash) neighbor's sister.
Awkward.

Ah. I see. One of the guys at work had seen it, but I can't remember whether he liked it or not. He likes wartime movies and I don't think he hated it, but I don't think he raved about it either.

I'm going back to high school.

I just took a High School PE job, I'll also be an assistant football coach.
