And lunch was cilantro lime rice, nice steak dusted with some South African spices, fresh farm tomato, and some black beans with some full fat sour cream (it's gonna be full fat, it's not worth eating sour cream if it's not)

My gf makes good food! Except the sandwich was all me

Well it seems official. The young man hung himself. I've been through a lot of low points in my life but I have never felt that suicide was an answer. I don't know what this young man was going through but I wish he had someone he could have gone to before making this decision.

I can't fathom the grief and pain that his family is going through but as a parent I talk to my kids all the time and keep an open line of communication. I can only hope that will be enough and my kids will make the right decision.

The cilantro lime rice sounds good too! But I have to agree on the sour cream. I find it much more satisfying and use much less than the "light" options. They just don't do it for me.

I'd rather skip the sour cream if it's not full fat. Same goes for milk and other dairy products. Just not worth it.

Definitely to young. Had a friend take his own life. No way in telling. He was just gone.

That's so sad. Too many people exploit those who are weaker than them, making their lives hell. I will never understand that. It's too bad that people willing to help aren't as aggressive as the tormentors.
