KC has some legit problems. As does the St Louis metro area.

I'm not in KC. I'm in a little town 50 some miles away. We have a college and the base and a few years back the bar scene here (the state had to step in because no one enforced the minimum drinking age) would draw in folks from states around. Gangs sent people in to have local kids push their ****. We had kids at the HS starting to wear all their crap to the right and black and white bandanas. I was chatting with the resource officer (super cocky douche bag) and pointed out the wannabe's. He said "No, that's not a sign of a gang, they are just being kids.) Alright Barney, that's how this **** starts.

This was what this little town of less that 20k would do on the weekends. Sheriff got the **** beat out of him that night. It was typical to see groups from KC, St Louis, Witchita, and other cities come in and start ****. It would be packed like this down the entire street and bleed over into the allies. It was in the local PD's area but the campus popo had concurrent jurisdiction and county and sometimes state would show up.

I suppose, but I have my limitations. I've driven all the cars, so I can't really justify a reason to go kill time and bomb around in a car, so I have nothing else to do. Went for a walk, then it rained on me. Meh, 2 more hours and then I can go home.
