I got a recall notice for my truck today... You think I would've gotten it like 5 1/2 years ago when I bought it...

Lol.

Blue is done. I'll give that two days to dry then do the white lettering.

My neighbor (Ford mechanic) did the spark plugs on my truck today, only broke four.

Drink more than four beers though.

That all depends on when they are butchered. We send our Holstein steers in around 1300-1400 or so pounds and I think it is better then Angus. Either way most people can't tell a difference that I have talked to, plus it is cheaper to buy dairy feeders then it is beef feeders.

Angus gets pushed hard because they can get them to marker faster. I'll put the meat from one of my low lines against a feedlot standard Angus any day if the week.

I will say that some people that raise "beef" breeds can be real a holes. Back when I was in 4H and FFA, if you showed dairy feeders you were inferior in the eyes of the beef people. Funny thing is that dairy and dairy-beef out number beef feeders by 3 to1in my county
