Eat fine? Do you eat fast food? Processed foods? Those ain't fine, eat chicken, fish, vegetables, lean meat. Not frozen dinners and stuff.

You can't grill chicken or steak? Fat free ham, steak, chicken and lean beef are all things that are super easy to cook and are good for you. Trust me, living on frozen pizza and crap will get you nowhere but unhealthy really fast.

My dad made dinner a couple nights ago.

Listen to this, Are you sitting down?

Chicken breast stuffed with provalone and ham, wrapped in bacon and slow-smoked. It was the best rendition of chicken I've ever tasted and I'm not a big chicken fan.
