Weird how things work out. I've been stressed lately because everyone is getting laid off at the end of august. No work is lined up until october so I would have to apply for employment insurance. A previous co-worker called me today and offered me a job that's 3 blocks away from my house and pays $900 more per month. I'll save money on gas as I can walk or ride my bike to the job site.

Back in bizznizz!

Tech re-flashed the PCM as the relay was functioning fine. Guess it was just a software glitch..Didn't even have it tuned at the time. All is well now, anyway.

I fixed the spark plug gap on mine. Much better! Pulls like a freight train again.

Update: Tech finally pulled some sort of error code. Somewhere down the line the PCM is losing power, whether it be at the relay or harness somewhere. Good news about that is that if it's a PCM power relay failure he has one in stock and could throw a new one in and have me back on the road in a half hour. Bad news is that if it's a relay failure, this isn't the first time this exact same issue has happened. WTF.
Did you buy your truck in the states? Cuz we get screwed here in Canada and only get 36,000km bumper to bumper, when the states gets 36,000 miles...

But at least your truck is running again!!

Yeah all is well so far. Glad it's on the road, I missed lunch because of it though! At least the dealer accommodated me and fixed it as soon as they could.
