Default financial advisor or real estate

I need some help from people experienced in these fields I have an offer from Principal financial group to become a financial advisor in training but I have also done research about becoming a eeal estate agent any thoughts, comparisons or experiences would be helpful.

Background of this is im located in the tampa bay area in florida and I am 21 looking for a relatively independent job because ive found I have an extremely hard time working for someone else and following someone elses schedule. Im just attempting to gather more research in a comparison between the too due to the fact I cannot find very much searching the internet. Thanks for your help you guys have always been very helpful.

truthfully you could do both if you were that motivated. i know people who work full time and do real estate on the side. they do showings or take pictures of the houses they're listing or whatever in the evenings and on weekends
