Animal Pak (milti vitamin)
Green Magnitude (creatine)
Intravol (during workout)
Dark Matter (post workout)
Monster MIlk (50g Protein per serving)

That's a pretty beastly overhead press. No pre workout sups?

Bob - Thanks, I'm just starting to hit my peak of where I want to be. I'm gonna try to hit the 300lb body weight mark this year and push all my lifts up at least 30lbs for a double. It's gonna be a long winter!
Last week I hit 545lb double sqaut and a 1450 lb weight sled for leg day! I was freakin geaked!!

That's impressive. If I had a buddy who lifted insane like you, I'd be in the gym all the time. But going solo and not having a buddy to help, PUSH you sucks sometimes. Then again being solo in the gym you can do whatever you want and not be bothered.

Yeah I can imagine. I was up around the 400lb bench mark last season but I lost a lot of weight and probably did it in the wrong way considering my lifting stats now.

The thing is, no matter where your at, what time a day it is, or who your with (solo or not) you have to go in with the mentalitly of what you want to accomplish that day. When you need a spot, speak up and give firm directions of what you want, it's your safety. I've spotted several guys that I ask, How many or how do you want the spot and they say they don't care and then the weight damn near crushes them. I go with the mentality of "I'm gettin mine today!" Jungle screaming, grunting, passing gas, if you want to grow, you can't hold back.
