I'm not a big time lifter, but I do a bit of it due to football. Here's my maxes. Normally 5 pounds under my max I can rep 3 times, 10 pounds under 5, etc

Bench - 180
Squat - 245 (was 285 sophomore year, I'm a junior)
Incline Bench - 155
Clean - 155
Jerk/Push press - 140

That's most of my workout. 3 times a week, for about 80 minutes per workout out. I normally do some burnouts with curls, and a bucha sit ups/crunches too.

I don't work out. Least I haven't in a while.

Last time I worked out i was Benching around the 200 mark.
I'm probably back to benching 180 now, but my only work out comes from actually working construction.

Right now since I'm still in my fall season they have us lifting three days a week, more to maintain than get strong even though I am seeing my numbers increase, just not as fast as usual. Next week we start our actual fall lifting. That's 4 days a week with yoga on Wednesday and swimming on Friday's. So next week I'll start the diet up again and force my self to take all my vitamins and supplements I haven't been taking nearly enough lately.

Supplements:
Fish oil
Opti-men vitamins
Elite Whey Protein
Supreme Protein Protien Bars
White Flood as my nitric oxide before I workout
and of course good old generic creatine

Stats(estimated):
Squat 345
Hang clean 225 without straps
Bench 285

I wouldn't say I was a big time lifter but I lifted for about a year and was on lsus power lifting team until I injured my lower back. At the last competition I went 295 on bench 415 squat 425 deadlift(sumo). I tried all kind of supplements but the best results came from plenty of chicken and three shakes a day of whey protein.

I was lifting pretty good for a year and half and got away from it. Needed a break.

I couldn't bench alot, but I never maxed out either. I could do 185lb by myself and 80lb dumbbells on a flat bench. 75lb dumbbells on the incline bench. And I could do 5 sets of 6-8reps of the dumbbells.

I was curling 140lb on the straight bar. I did 90lbs a few times on the preacher curl. But my forearms would kill me and had a real serious pain and couldn't do it alot. If I did the preacher curl bench I used 50lb e-z curl bar..

I was more impressed with my stats with dumbbells as I was with my actual bench press. I could see people bench 230-240 or more but could barely get 65lbs dumbbells up.

I was around 157lbs..

I've been out for about 6 months.. need to get back in there.

I lift weights 3 days a week, I started being serious about it last summer but I can see a big difference already. I started out using Syntha-6 protein but it was too expensive and I couldnt stand the taste. Now I use Optimum Nutrition Whey and I love it, I wouldn't do anything else.

Sweet this actually had some results. Thanks for all the info gents. Here are my stats:
Bench: 330
Squat: 415
Deadlift: 465
Overhead Press: 255

I lift a lot of heavy weight right now trying to get ready for track season. Normally I am not trying to get as strong but I lost 45lbs and I lost some of my strength so I have to rebuild. As far as supplements I take a lot of stuff:
Animal Pak (milti vitamin)
Green Magnitude (creatine)
Intravol (during workout)
Dark Matter (post workout)
Monster MIlk (50g Protein per serving)
