True, we're seeing the same here in CO with people moving in from other states much more than before and wanting to change CO to suit them. We almost aught to just absorb the eastern portion of the state into Nebraska and Kansas.

It wouldn't upset anyone other than the politicians that get the votes of the non tax paying libs if they were to vacate GA...

If only we could gather 20 or 30 high performing families, take a couple ships to uncharted lands and start fresh. We could create a document that would clearly spell out your rights and we could create a limited govt whose sole purpose was to protect the populace and maintain the infrastructure. Think of how much better life would be if we could escape our meddling and oppressive governing body. Those that produce and contribute would flourish, those that don't would whither and die... Ahhh, if only such a place existed.

This! This is exactly what is happening. Mass residents move across the border to NH because they like the communities, lower taxes (not property tax however), blah blah and then they try to change the local politics so that they're just like Mass.

Upon moving: "I love the rural character of this town, it's so beautiful."

Six months later: "We need sidewalks, we need street lights, why isn't the PTO more active? We need better gun control laws."

Go home you people, and take your liberal politics with you.
