It most obviously did incite violence! Should it? Of course not, no argument... but it does! If I scream fire in a movie theatre people should not selfishly trample others either.... but it happens, and we hold the person who screamed fire responsible.

I'm not suggesting that no one can express an opinion about a religion, but when they commit an act designed to offend or attack anothers religion knowing that it may cause violence they must be held responsible!

If you approach a nice, young, married couple in a restaurant and express the opinion for all to hear, that the young woman is a skanky ***** do you have any reponsibility for the punch in the mouth you receive from her husband or are you just using your Free Speech to express an opinion! Silly example, not really! Burning the Koran or ridiculing Mohammed is a great offense to Muslims and some will turn to violence. If a jury decides that was your purpose you should not be allowed to hide behind Freedom of Speech and cause innocent people to die!

The Hugo Chavez type leaders of the world are brought on by mistreatment of the common man in a country, often by capitalism. When the common man is treated decently he doesn't spend any time listening to leaders in favor of changing the capitalistic system. Instead he goes swimming with his grandchildren waiting for the pizza to arrive like I just did! It's always been that way in Russia, Cuba, Vietnam, Latin America, etc.! Revolutions never get any support when the common man is decently treated! A good question is always, "Is the common man better off before or after the revolution?" Many in these countries would say, "The common man is better off after the revolution!" Cuba or Vietnam weren't so good for the common man under captialism! Capitalism does not require democracy, in fact it democracy often interferes with capitalism! I think that's what many representing corporations are complaining about now!

Stick around and you may see what I mean in this country if it's wealth keeps going to the top 2%!

I figured it wouldn’t be long before someone pulled the "fire in a theatre" excuse.
It is not an accurate comparison at all. A fire in a theater is a legitimate reason for someone to fear for their life and doing nothing in a fire is not reasonable.

When a bunch of backwards, tribal, murderous people CHOOSE to start a riot and kill because they are "offended" it is not because a joke about a stupid prophet incited it. There is no reasonable excuse for why they had to react that way, it was a conscious CHOICE. That is the difference in the two scenarios.

If I got "offended" by your constant attacks on conservatives and republicans and decided I needed to go murder a few liberals would it would it be justified to throw you in jail because of it?

Whether or not these actions incited violence, the violence you're all talking about is occurring in foreign countries, so your references to U.S. statutes is meaningless. Until they start rioting here, that is.
