Default What maintenance would you do to a new to you 1995 4X4?

I just bought a '95 F150 ext. cab, 5.0, manual 5 speed, 4X4 showing 95k. The body and bumpers are absolutely perfect! It had been sitting for a long time based on the wasp nests, bird nests, lichen and algae. Unfortunately, I didn't think to look at the underside when I test drove it- lots of rust under there! Hope that's not a huge problem... I also noticed that the bed has drillings for a 5th wheel hook up.
What maintenance/mods would you do to bring her to a level you'd feel comfy driving her???

Close but wrong section. Heck I'd clear out the wasps and drive it as it sits but it'd probably be better to go over it first lol.

Hello markshoreline. I still have my fuel issue, but anyway. When you say "Maintenance", it sounds like you mean the whole truck. If things seem ok now you may want to follow that old school saying, "if it aint broke dont fix it". If you mean "preventive maintenance", I think you know what to do. Mods,,, to do what? By the way thanks agin for trying to help me....Renney
