Hey everybody, back again. Truck is running great now though, just thought it was time for some well needed maintenance.

I decided to change my transmission fluid and filter, and while I was at it add some Lucas transmission treatment, but I had some one tell me that it might actually hurt the transmission and cause it to have problems down the road.

So, is this possible? Or is this guy just yanking my chain?

What does the present oil smell like. If its burnt, it needs more than a change and treatment. If it looks and smells good than go for it.
