Default Tie rod question

I have a 76 f250. Found that the passenger side tie rod looks shot. My question is do I need to replace the hole linkage to fix this. If so I may replace the other one too. Also any info on replacing this would be great. Like will I need to get an alinement done. Should I replace the sleeve also. Thanks!

I would replace both sides at the same time. 7 times out of 10 you will have to do the other side in 6 mo to a year. Yes i would get it aligned after .

try bronco graveyard looks like 90 for 1 and 110 for another . If its the ends they should be cheaper. But that link should show everything you need. Bronco is mainly a 4x4 shop and has a good rep on good parts. Lmc stuff is usually lower quality, i get their stuff when cheaper isnt a big deal like a fender or lighting if they save me a good bit of money.
